Reading: Tiny Habits
I’ve always been interested in behaviour change and read many books over the years. I am currently reading Tiny Habits by BJ Fogg PhD, which I have found incredibly interesting and inspiring, and as I test his theories I am finding them to be highly effective.
To-do list problems
I have come to rely on my to-do lists to remind me of the many tasks that I need to get done in my day, as I have the tendency to forget things if I am not going to do them straight away.
Letting go
Autumn is the season of letting go, storing energy and setting yourself up for rest over the Winter, it is the perfect time to finish off outstanding projects, clear out clutter and letting go of habits, behaviours or beliefs that no longer serve you.
