Wellness Workshops

Our wellness workshops come to your workplace or event to look at wellness from a holistic perspective. During our interactive sessions we discuss eight different elements that can impact your health and wellbeing, discuss habits that can support improvements in wellness and design individualised action plans to make sustainable change.

Our workshops are a mix of presentation, self-reflection and group discussions, broken up with meditation, breathing exercises and chair yoga to keep the body and mind energised and engaged. Participants are given practical exercises and an interactive workbook to take away from the session, including their personalised action plan to put into practice changes they wish to make to support their wellness.

We offer presentations, workshops, programs and coaching programs tailor made to support your teams needs, time available and budget. We come to you or present hybrid and online sessions.
