Shaun is passionate about health and fitness, which comes through in the creative and challenging training sessions that he develops for his personal training sessions. Our training sessions are focused around machine, free weight and body weight exercises to help you to lose weight, build strength and increase your overall fitness.
Training is in our private studio in Wright in the Molonglo Valley, which has been designed to provide functional and safe training. You will have exclusive use of our studio for your entire session with us. We pride ourselves on our professional and supportive training space, removing the intimidation of large gyms and allowing us to provide the best possible training to individuals of all abilities.

Sessions are offered as either as high intensity 45 minutes sessions that are flexible to fit in with you and your life commitments. Or longer 60 minute sessions are available for those with more time to focus on specific fitness goals and a whole body workout.
Private
Training one-on-one with sessions tailored to meet on your specific goals and lifestyle. Shaun will guide your workout to be safe, challenging and to motivate you to get the most out of your time in the gym.
Small Group
Private small groups can be a fantastic option to keep you motivated, accountable and are great fun as you bring family or friends along to join your fitness journey. Groups of up to four people can train in our studio.
Corporate
Larger groups and corporate sessions can be arranged at your premises, at a park or oval.
