Spring Retreat 2025
14 to 16 November
Heartspace Retreat, Yass River Road, Yass Valley
“Whether you are into Yoga or never before attended a class, this weekend is a mind and body reset, relaxing and genuine ‘time out’ with like-minded participants that would be beneficial to anyone with a busy life. Amazing food, location, facilities and people. Truly a privilege to have attended.”
Danielle
Give yourself a weekend of rest, release and the opportunity to create a connection with yourself and like-minded people.
Over two nights and three days you will immerse yourself in the beautiful surrounds of Heartspace Retreat. Your weekend program will be designed for you to leave behind stress and tension of your busy lifestyle. We will explore new ways to find quiet and support deep rest.
Using the teachings of yoga and creative approaches to wellness, you will be supported by restorative music of the Harp to explore how it feels to relax and release tension from your body. We will move through sequences drawing on Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga teachings to find stillness through movement, connect with our bodies and move energy around our body, nourishing ourselves deeply. The Harps will soothe your spirit as we move into rest and stillness bringing you gently into the present moment.

Embrace the season of new growth.
Embrace the season of growth and new beginnings. Just as nature blooms in Spring, we too can grow and create new habits as we move into the warmth and light of Summertime. Taking the time to release deeply through restorative and Yin yoga practices, we will nourish ourselves and mindfully step forward into a season of growth.
Our yoga practices will be complimented by the sounds of the Harp, and we will dive deeper into our experience with workshops to tap into our musical and creative side. Harp Yoga is deeply soothing, with the sounds and the vibrations of the Harp taking us on a wonderful journey, uplifting mind and spirit.
We will explore our current wellness and take time to reflect on current habits. Every habit has been created to meet a need, however over time your needs will change and it’s important to take stock and check if your habits continue to support you. Changing deep rooted habits can be difficult, but not impossible and we will work through steps to making lasting changes. We can create new habits to support our wellness, we need to make space and release what no longer serves us. We will pause to assess our current habits and learn about the different elements of wellness that can be used to support holistic wellbeing in a supportive environment.
Over 3 days, you will reacquaint your body, mind and spirit with rest and relaxation and set intentions to develop new habits to bring about lasting change and wellness. This will be complemented by nutritious organic food, creative practices and time for you to replenish.
