Personal Training
Training is conducted in our private purpose built studio in Wright. You will have exclusive use of our studio for your entire (one on one or small group) session with us. 11:11 prides itself on its professional and private studio, removing the intimidation of large gyms and allowing us to provide the best possible training to individuals of all abilities.
Our personal training is suitable for individuals or small groups, family and friends are welcome and encouraged to make training fun and keep you accountable. We tailor your workout to fit your lifestyle and your goals. Our training sessions are focused around machine, free weight and body weight exercises to help you to lose weight, build strength and increase your overall fitness. Our high intensity sessions (45 minutes) are flexible to fit in with you and your life commitments. Longer 60 minute sessions are available for those with more time to focus on specific fitness goals and a whole body workout.
PT is available one-on-one or private groups of up to four in our private studio. Larger groups can be arranged at your location, at a park or oval.
Yoga
Yoga practice connects your mind, body and spirit. It’s practices focusses your awareness inward, to explore and bring you back to yourself. Yoga has a long history and its benefits are much more than physical strengthening and flexibility. The mental benefits of the practice go well beyond the mat, reducing the stress load on your body and teaching you valuable techniques to take into everyday life, to lift your mood and let go of stress.
11:11’s yoga sessions are a mix of gentle Hatha, Yin and Restorative styles, with gentle movement leading into supportive restoration. You are encouraged to be guided by your body as you move through the practice, with options and adjustments provided to meet each individual’s needs.
Yoga sessions are available for private or small group classes at your home or business, contact us to book a time and invest in your rest and restoration.
Open classes are run on Wednesday evenings for a mid-week reset from 7.30 to 8.30 and Saturday afternoons 4.00 to 5.00 to release tension and stress. A combination of gentle flow and yin poses to rest and restore your mind, body and spirit. For more information see Yoga.

Wellness Coaching
Wellness Coaching allows you to set and explore your goals, understand your values and priorities, and to establish achievable action plans to work towards the future you desire. Your coach will empower you to reach your fullest potential, hold you accountable and help you to identify all the resources you already have available to you.
Coaching is future focussed, with respect of your past, it will help you to move forward. You are in control of the outcomes from you session and you will walk away from your session with a clear path to put your plans into action.
Through coaching you will take a step back to view your health and wellbeing from a holistic perspective and discover the power you have to achieve your goals, it will help you take the first steps, to build momentum and give the you tools to overcome any obstacles that get in your way. Wellness Coaching is the perfect compliment to personal training to keep you focussed, motivated and accountable.
Coaching can be one-on-one or as part of a Wellness Workshop where we come to your workplace, school or event to discuss holistic wellness and strategies to improve individuals health and wellbeing.
